At Ardh, we carefully prepare and deliver each piece as part of its journey — ensuring that every relic reaches you safely and respectfully.

Standard Shipping

·       Cost: Varies by region

·        Delivery Time: 5–9 working days from the shipping date

·        Coverage: Includes all applicable taxes and fees.

All orders are dispatched from our ateliers and warehouses with care. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Some regions may require 10–12 business days due to distance, customs, or local processing.
Please note that any import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your relic’s journey until it reaches you.

Delivery Instructions

·        Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.

·        For security, fragile or limited-edition pieces should be signed for upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

·        Certain locations may have import restrictions.

·        We reserve the right to refuse delivery to areas where shipment is not possible.

1.     Return Policy

Ardh offers returns within 14 days from the delivery date for online orders.

Items purchased from third-party websites will not be accepted.


Online Returns

To request a return or exchange online:

·        Ensure items are in their original condition with all tags and relic scrolls attached.

·        Complete the Return Form within 14 days from the delivery date.

·        Repack your order in the original or similar box and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the box (make sure to remove or cover any previous labels).

·        Contact your courier to arrange a pick-up or drop off your return at the nearest location.

·        All returns must be shipped from the same country or region where the order was purchased.

Once your return arrives at our ateliers, our Quality Assurance team will verify the items before accepting the return. This process usually takes 3–7 business days. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirming your refund or the shipment of your exchange.


Exchanges

·        Exchanges can be initiated online through our website.

·        If you decide to return an order online, you may place a new purchase simultaneously.

·        Refund timing will depend on the payment method used for the purchase.


Lost or Missing Documentation

·        Lost Return Label: Contact contact@ardh.world to receive a new label.

·        Lost Proof of Purchase: Contact contact@ardh.world, and we will assist you.


Return Status

You can check the status of your return via the Follow Your Return page or inside your Ardh account if you were logged in during purchase.


Other Considerations

·        If you decide to keep your order after submitting the Return Form, you do not need to contact us — your request will automatically expire after 14 days.

·        Returns from different orders cannot be combined to ensure timely processing.
