Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
For deliveries within Pakistan, shipping takes approximately 2–7 business
days.
International orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days, though some regions may require 7–12 business days due to customs clearance or local processing.

2. Will I have to pay any additional duties or customs fees?
For domestic (Pakistan) orders, no additional charges will apply upon delivery.
For international shipments, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. Ardh offers a 14-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- The Return Form must be completed within the allowed timeframe
- Items must be repacked securely with the provided return label
All returns must be shipped from the same country/region where the order was originally purchased.
4. How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
Once your return reaches our ateliers, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
This process typically takes 3–7 business days.
After approval:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Refund timing depends on your original payment method
